Welcome to A & J Photography! We’re honored to capture your special moments. Please take a moment to review our booking and service policies.

Booking & Payment

A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your session or event date.
The remaining balance is due before your session (timing will be outlined in your agreement).
Payments can be made via Square.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Retainers are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.
In rare cases where we must reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you on a new date or arrange a qualified replacement photographer.

Session Details

Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may reduce the time we can spend photographing.
Any permits, entrance fees, or travel costs for your chosen location are the responsibility of the client.
While we can’t guarantee specific poses or shots, we promise to provide images that reflect our creative style and high-quality standards.

Image Delivery

Edited digital images are typically delivered within 4-6 weeks of your session.
We carefully select and edit the best images for your gallery. Unedited (RAW) files are not provided.

A & J Photography retains copyright to all images.
Clients receive a personal-use license, which means you can share, print, and enjoy your photos.
Photos may not be altered, sold, or used commercially without our written permission.
Unless you request otherwise in writing, we may share select images for our portfolio, website, or social media.

Refund Policy

Retainers and payments are non-refundable.
Refunds are only issued if we are unable to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control.

Liability

We are not responsible for situations outside our control (such as weather, venue restrictions, or client behavior) that may affect coverage or final images.
In the extremely rare event of equipment failure or emergencies, liability is limited to a full refund of payments made.
