At A & J Photography, we take great care in delivering your prints, albums, and other physical products safely and on time.
 

Order Processing

  • Orders for prints, albums, or other physical products are typically processed within 3 business days of finalizing your image selections and full payment.

  • Custom products (such as photo albums or wall art) may take additional production time. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of order.
     

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship orders via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • Local pickup may be available upon request at no additional cost.
     

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (or added to your invoice if ordered separately).

  • Large or custom items (such as framed prints or canvases) may require special shipping arrangements, which will be discussed prior to fulfillment.
     

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We take every precaution to package your order securely.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to replace the item.

  • A & J Photography is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or errors caused by the shipping carrier, but we will assist you in filing a claim if necessary.
     

International Shipping

  • At this time, A & J Photography does not offer international shipping. If available, shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.
