Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At A & J Photography, we know life happens! While we do our best to be flexible, our time and planning are valuable too. Here’s how we handle cancellations and refunds:

  • Booking Fee: A non-refundable retainer is required to hold your date. This goes toward your final balance.

  • Cancellations:

    • Cancel more than 14 days before your session → payments (minus the retainer) may be refunded.

    • Cancel within 14 days → payments are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once at no extra cost.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule once if you give at least 7 days’ notice.

  • No-Shows: Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

  • Photographer Emergencies: If we ever need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or a free reschedule.

  • Digital Images & Prints: Because photography is a custom service, all delivered photos and prints are non-refundable. Damaged products will be replaced at no cost.

We want you to love your photos, so if you ever have concerns after delivery, please reach out within 7 days so we can make it right.
